Job summary

Samsung is seeking a Regional Business Analyst to support HVAC business strategy and operations across planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will build dashboards, consolidate data from multiple sources, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and HQ will be essential to drive regional initiatives and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and management presentations using Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
• Consolidate, validate, and analyse sales, inventory, market, and operational data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decisions.
• Analyse sales trends, product mix, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, planning, and forecasting with data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and HQ teams to support planning and regional initiatives.
• Design and automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support AI and automation initiatives by applying AI tools to enhance reporting and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality, and support implementation.
• Track key projects and provide follow-up for ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary

As a Regional Business Analyst, you will be a part of the HVAC - Business Strategy and Operation team, supporting business planning, sales performance management, and data -driven decision making across the business.

You will analyse business performance, develop dashboards and automated reporting, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will also identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to improve productivity, reporting, or business analysis is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, SFDC, or other business systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to business and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
