Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a Regional Business Analyst to join the HVAC - Business Strategy and Operation team in Singapore. You will build dashboards, perform data-driven planning, and support regional initiatives across sales, supply chain, and finance.

With 8+ years in sales operations or analytics, you will translate data into actionable insights, automate reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years in Sales Operations or analytics.
Strong data-driven storytelling and reporting skills.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with SAP/ERP/SFDC is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports using BI tools.
Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support decisions.
Analyse sales trends and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
Support planning, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews with data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and HQ teams on regional initiatives.
Design and automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
Identify AI opportunities to enhance reporting and productivity.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Track projects and support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
