Job summary

FLASH OPTIMAL SC TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a mid-level BI and analytics professional to analyse sales, inventory and performance data and develop dashboards used for management decisions.

You will gain exposure to regional Singapore and Malaysia operations, collaborating with multiple departments to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights. Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in trading, construction, supply chain or FMCG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, inventory, customer and operational data
• Develop dashboards and business performance reports
• Prepare regular management reporting and data insights
• Identify trends, opportunities and potential business risks
• Work with different departments to understand reporting requirements
• Improve data quality, accuracy and reporting processes
• Monitor key business performance indicators
• Support forecasting and business planning activities
• Present analytical findings to management when required
