Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics roles (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Analyst) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) with data modelling and dashboard optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying data from data warehouses or data lakes.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of data modelling concepts, joins, and data quality.
• Experience conducting deep dive analyses to answer business questions and identify root causes.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or basic statistical methods is advantageous.
• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce, or data-rich domains is a plus.
• Strong business-oriented thinking and ability to translate insights to operational impact.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to data accuracy.
• Effective communication to explain analytical approaches to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business monitoring and decision-making.
• Perform detailed data analysis and deep dives to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and define success metrics.
• Write efficient SQL to extract, transform, and aggregate data from data warehouses or data lakes.
• Validate data quality and collaborate with data engineering to improve pipelines.
• Present findings through clear visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to standardized metrics, definitions, and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate reports and improve analytical frameworks.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
