Regional AI Security Sales Lead

Job summary

Fortinet Singapore is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager (AI) to drive the GTM strategy for AI Security solutions. You will partner with regional sales leaders to expand Fortinet's AI security footprint, build channel and customer pipelines, and lead executive engagements across enterprise accounts.

You will design regional training for account managers, educate on new features and differentiators, and work with channel partners to close strategic AI Security deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, CS or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quota-carrying technical sales experience, including AI specialization.
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder, 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering.
• Understanding of core AI technologies, including ML, DL, and generative AI.
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the GTM strategy for AI Security solutions across your region.
• Collaborate with account managers and partners to build pipeline and close AI Security deals.
• Lead customer-facing activities, including executive presentations, discovery workshops, and live product demonstrations.
• Design and deliver regional training programs for account managers on product features and differentiators.
• Consult with enterprise clients to evaluate their AI landscape and security challenges.
• Engage in strategic account selling and ongoing customer success.
• Partner with channel partners to enable AI Security deals.
• Cultivate relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and AI decision-makers.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and product management for messaging.
• Serve as an AI evangelist on governance, runtime protection, and best practices.
