Job summary

GRABTAXI HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to guide GrabAds agency partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will drive commercial growth, build scalable agency programs, and partner with regional teams to ensure adoption of Grab's advertising suite.

You will lead a portfolio of major agency partners, run QBRs, and develop JBPs while evangelizing GrabAds through training and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Senior Agency Background: 10 plus years of experience at a media publisher, advertiser, or agency.
• Proven Systems Builder: track record of building commercial systems from scratch for regional adoption.
• Leadership: 5 years of team management and people development in growth environments.
• Market Knowledge: network with decision makers at large advertisers and agencies in SEA.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable commercial frameworks and agency programs that can be replicated across Grab's eight markets.
• Partner with local sales/marketing to drive regional adoption of agency tools and features.
• Lead agency partnerships regionally, secure short-term campaigns and long-term JBPs.
• Run quarterly business reviews and develop account plans to keep GrabAds top of mind for agency investments.
• Develop training and content to evangelize GrabAds within agencies and enable cross-functional teams.
