Job summary

Wonder Engineering Technologies, an ISO 9001 certified instrument supplier based in Singapore, seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive overseas growth for MOV actuator products by developing regional distributors, agents, and strategic partners across Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and other markets.

You will manage partner relationships, conduct market research, negotiate quotations, and deliver regional sales plans and reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in industrial or international sales or business development.
• Proven experience in overseas channel development and regional partner management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new regional distributors, authorized agents, and business partners across Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and other targeted international markets.
• Identify overseas market opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to formulate localized sales strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with overseas distributors through training, technical support, and sales guidance.
• Monitor regional sales performance, track partner progress, drive target achievement, and expand regional project coverage.
• Support overseas quotation negotiations, manage communications, maintain client relationships, and follow up on cross-border projects.
• Develop regional market channels to increase brand influence of MOV actuator products in global sectors.
• Prepare and deliver regional sales reports, market analyses, and partner evaluations for informed business decisions.
• Execute business development plans and explore new regional markets and project opportunities.

Job Summary

You will drive overseas business growth for MOV actuator products by developing and managing regional distributors, agents, and strategic partners across Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and global targeted markets, achieving sustainable regional sales expansion and market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Develop new regional distributors, authorized agents, and business partners across Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and other targeted international markets to expand business reach
• Identify potential overseas market opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing regional industry demands and competitor activities to formulate localized sales development strategies
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with overseas distributors by providing product training, technical support, and sales guidance to partner teams
• Monitor regional sales performance by tracking partner progress, driving sales target achievement, and expanding regional project coverage
• Support overseas quotation negotiations, manage business communications, maintain client relationships, and follow up on cross-border projects
• Develop regional market channels to increase brand influence of MOV actuator products in global industrial and petrochemical sectors
• Prepare and deliver regular regional sales reports, market analysis documents, and partner evaluation records to inform business decisions
• Execute business development plans and continuously explore new regional markets and potential industrial project opportunities

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in industrial sales, international sales, or business development roles
• Proven experience in overseas channel development, distributor recruitment, and regional partner management
• Strong international business negotiation skills, market analysis ability, and cross-cultural communication capability
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally for market development, partner meetings, and business visits
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the capability to independently develop new markets and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Excellent strategic thinking, sales planning, and regional market expansion capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with industrial automation, valve actuator, instrumentation, or petrochemical industry products (not essential but advantageous for effective market engagement)
