ARES COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Officer to build a strong candidate pipeline for Financial Advisors and coordinate recruitment activities.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, referrals and other channels, and manage interview scheduling and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is outgoing, target-driven and has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or Degree preferred.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our growing financial advisory team. You will play a key role in expanding our agency by identifying, engaging and recruiting individuals who are interested in pursuing a career as a Financial Advisor. Your primary responsibility is to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates, coordinate recruitment activities and support the agency's manpower growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
   • Proactively source potential Financial Advisor candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
   • Identify and approach suitable candidates, including fresh graduates, career switchers and experienced financial advisors.
   • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess suitability, interest and career aspirations.
   • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective recruits.
2. Candidate Engagement & Interview Coordination
   • Reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and social media.
   • Introduce career opportunities and arrange introductory meetings with agency leaders.
   • Schedule and coordinate interviews, career sharing sessions and recruitment events.
   • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
3. Recruitment Marketing & Events
   • Assist in creating recruitment advertisements and social media content.
   • Promote career opportunities through various online and offline platforms.
   • Organise and support recruitment talks, networking sessions and career preview events.
   • Develop creative recruitment initiatives to attract suitable candidates.
4. Recruitment Administration & Reporting
   • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews and recruitment progress.
   • Track recruitment activities and prepare weekly performance reports.
   • Monitor recruitment conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
   • Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation for successful candidates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, telemarketing, business development or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Confident in approaching and engaging new people.
• Good interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
