Gravitas Recruitment Group (SG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to source mid- to senior-level candidates in Banking & Financial Services, drive end-to-end interview coordination, and lead business development to secure client partnerships.

You will build networks with senior managers, directors, and CEOs, while leveraging Gravitas mentorship to grow your own recruitment business within a meritocratic, people-oriented culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Ability to source candidates and manage end-to-end interview processes.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source mid-senior candidates within theBanking & Financial Servicessector by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
• Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
• Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
• Build strong networks within your specialisation withSenior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies,converting them into commercial opportunities
• Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
