Job summary

Orchard is seeking a temp/intern HR assistant to support hiring and payroll advisory. Responsibilities include posting advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to jobs.

You will also assist in HR advisory tasks and other admin duties, with training provided. Singaporean nationals with Higher Nitec or above are welcome to apply; the role is based at Orchard and operates Mon to Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Singaporean only.
• Min. Higher Nitec and above.

Responsibilities

• Posting of advertisements and sourcing of candidates
• Interviewing of candidates and job matching candidates to suitable jobs
• Assisting in other HR duties like HR advisory, CV advisory and payroll advisory
• Other admin duties as assigned
