Job summary

You will handle interviews, reference checks, and documentation, while assisting in HR events and ad hoc duties. The position requires a diploma and strong communication skills; immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in HR or related field.
• Interest in recruitment and HR administration.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers' availability.
• Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Send revert emails to unsuccessful candidates.
• Assist with the preparation and issuance of employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Support in the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and HR events.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and communications.
• Support employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
• Perform any other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
