We seek a proactive Recruitment Executive to join our growing team, focusing on mass recruitment and channel expansion across Singapore.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment for temporary, relief and long-term placements, candidate screening, and rigorous KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in mass recruitment or blue-collar staffing.
• Ability to independently source candidates and manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in building candidate pipelines across channels.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and recruit cleaners, cooks and kitchen helpers for temporary, relief and long-term assignments.
• Develop and expand recruitment channels through job portals, social media, referrals and community networks.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure successful job placements.
• Build and maintain a strong database of available workers.
• Work closely with the Operations Deployment Team to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and achieve weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs.
• Track successful placements and employee retention.
• Prepare recruitment reports and recommend strategies to improve hiring results.

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our growing team.

Location: 12 Arumugam Road, LTC Building B, Singapore

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and recruit cleaners, cooks and kitchen helpers for temporary, relief and long-term assignments.
• Develop and expand recruitment channels through job portals, social media, referrals and community networks.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure successful job placements.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience preferred, particularly in mass recruitment, blue-collar recruitment or manpower agencies.
• Able to independently source candidates and manage multiple vacancies.
• Ability to develop new recruitment channels and build a sustainable pool of available workers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Proven ability to independently source candidates through multiple recruitment channels and consistently achieve recruitment targets.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
