Job summary

SEMIKO MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible HR & Recruitment Support to assist our cleaning/cook manpower supply operations in Singapore.

This role focuses on recruitment, candidate follow-up and onboarding support during year-end peak period. The ideal candidate has prior HR or recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage documents and interviews independently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.

Responsibilities

• Focus on recruitment and manpower sourcing.
• Contact and follow up with workers to identify candidates.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Explain job scope, requirements, and deployment expectations.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate status.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
• Provide general HR administrative support.
• Grow and maintain an active pool of workers for current and future needs.
