Job summary

The HR Ecology Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for Temp, Contract, and Permanent roles across diverse sectors in Singapore. You will post jobs, source candidates through multiple channels, screen for fit, and present strong shortlists to clients.

You will mentor junior staff while collaborating with the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma, are sales-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

About the role

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities involved in Temp, Contract, and Permanent hirings across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Posting of job advertisements on platforms
• Source, identify and attract candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients.
• Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks and outcomes
• Meet with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and individual performance goals.
• Represent the company professionally and provide a positive experience for every client and candidate.
• Mentor team members as a Senior Consultant
