You will mentor junior staff while collaborating with the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma, are sales-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Meet with hiring managers to understand business needs and recruitment timelines.
• Mentor team members as a Senior Consultant.
