Job summary

CGT GLOBAL PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior executive search professional to generate new business and lead leadership advisory projects for top-tier clients.

You will build client relationships, define project requirements with HR and C-suite, and manage retained searches while expanding services to multi-search engagements. The role demands 12–15 years’ experience, a university degree, and English fluency with Asian language skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years' experience in recruitment and/or executive search.
• Experience with top ten executive search firms, professional services firms or MBBs preferred.
• University degree required; Masters degree or above preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; business fluency in at least one Asian language required.
• Positive, ambitious and resilient attitude to work.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and develop client relationships for executive search and leadership advisory projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and C-suite executives to define project requirements and ensure high delivery standards.
• Manage retained search assignments, ensuring client satisfaction and successful placements.
• Expand offerings beyond recruitment to leadership advisory and multi-search projects.
• Apply sales discipline to meet or exceed business development targets.
• Communicate effectively in business English with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with one of the top ten executive search firms, professional servies firms or MBBs highly preferred.
• University degree, essential, Masters degree or above preferred.
• Flawless written and spoken English plus business fluency in at least one Asian language to support client engagement in relevant markets required.
