Job summary

Post-Traumatic Growth Champions is seeking a seasoned executive search professional to identify and assess senior-level candidates for client organizations. You will partner with clients to understand role requirements, develop search strategies, research target markets, and build relationships with prospective candidates.

You will conduct interviews and assessments, present qualified candidates, coordinate the selection process, and support clients and candidates through offer and placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a relevant industry.
• Strong research, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-assessment skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and clients.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• Relevant industry knowledge or professional recruitment credentials are an asset.
