About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on the Manufacturing sector. This role will suit someone with proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying opportunities within the manufacturing industry, and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying, approaching, and securing clients within the manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to understand their hiring needs and workforce strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to client requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets by consistently delivering value to both clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share leads, insights, and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline.
- At least 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in business development.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and related roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- CEI certification (have or willing to obtain).
