Job summary

FastCo Asia is hiring an Account Manager for FastGig to own the end-to-end pre-deployment staffing lifecycle for a client portfolio. You will ensure shifts are staffed with qualified workers and maintain strong client relationships across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will source and screen gig workers, build and maintain client-specific pools, and quickly deploy replacements when needed, while coordinating with regional support and finance as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in account management, recruitment, project coordination, or workforce/shift scheduling.
• Comfortable owning client relationships end-to-end, including commercial conversations.
• Sharp with systems and dashboards - you notice gaps before they become escalations.
• Calm under pressure and able to move fast when a shift is at risk.
• Strong communicator, equally comfortable with clients and gig workers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account lifecycle for FastGig clients, ensuring staffing for shifts.
• Understand manpower requirements: scope, schedule, location, headcount and worker needs.
• Manage client expectations on fulfilment timelines and success metrics.
• Source and screen gig workers; maintain a candidate pool per client and role.
• Confirm worker availability ahead of scheduled shifts and build schedules.
• Monitor shifts and act on no-shows or disruptions within agreed response times.
• Serve as the single contact for clients, covering commercial and operational queries.
• Collaborate with Regional Support or Finance for post-deployment questions.

We are hiring an Account Manager (FastGig). In this role, you won't just fill shifts - you will own the end-to-end pre-deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring every shift is seamlessly staffed with qualified, available workers for the entire duration of the assignment.

What You'll Do

• Liaise with clients to understand manpower requirements: job scope, schedule, location, headcount, and worker requirements.
• Manage client expectations on fulfilment likelihood and timelines.
• Source and screen suitable gig workers; build and maintain a worker pool for each client and role.
• Contact workers to confirm availability ahead of scheduled shifts.
• Build and maintain schedules and allocate workers to shifts.
• Actively monitor scheduled shifts with no clock-in and act immediately - this is a core measure of success in the role.
• Source and deploy a replacement worker from the pool within an agreed response time whenever a shift is disrupted (no-show, withdrawal, or early termination), at any point in the assignment.
• Serve as the single named point of contact for the client throughout the engagement, including commercial and account matters.
• Work closely with Regional Support or Finance for specific post-deployment operational queries.
