We are partnering with a fast-growing, tech-enabled F&B solutions company in Singapore.
They operate its own central kitchen and combines technology, data, and in-house logistics to deliver high-quality meals and corporate catering experiences to businesses across Singapore.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, consistency, and customer experience, they work with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and events. As the business continues to scale its B2B food services offering, they are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to help grow and strengthen their existing client portfolio.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of corporate accounts and play a key role in growing revenue, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders as well as their internal operations teams, taking ownership of the customer journey from opportunity discovery through to commercial discussions, closing, delivery, and ongoing account growth.
This is a hands‑on, commercially driven role suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and turning existing accounts into long‑term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of assigned B2B accounts, driving expansion, renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across senior leadership, operations, finance, and procurement.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from discovery and solution mapping to trials, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct customer trials, product demonstrations, and site recce engagements where required.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into relevant solutions that create value for the client.
- Handle customer objections professionally and strategically while protecting commercial outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and commercial terms.
- Ensure all order details—including services, sites, scope, timelines, billing requirements, and commercial terms—are clearly documented for seamless internal execution.
- Proactively manage renewals and retention, identifying churn risks early and putting recovery plans in place.
- Partner closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, keeping account notes, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline information accurate and up to date.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify recurring needs, friction points, and opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision‑makers and coordinate multiple internal and external parties.
- Comfortable with commercial conversations involving pricing, objections, procurement, and negotiation.
- Highly organised with strong ownership and attention to detail, particularly when managing quotations, order documentation, and customer requirements.
- Data‑driven and comfortable working with CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead structured customer discussions and move opportunities forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where priorities can evolve and ambiguity is part of the job.
- Customer‑first mindset with a strong commercial instinct—you care about delivering a great customer experience while also driving business results.
