GI Group Singapore seeks a high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to help establish our local footprint. This field-based role emphasizes business development, executive networking, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.

You'll work closely with the Managing Director, enjoy strong commercial visibility, and leverage cross-entity synergies with Intoo to deliver high-value placements in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B recruitment with high billing performance.

• Polished communicator for client meetings and pitches.
• Ability to balance outbound client acquisition with candidate search and placement.

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of strong billing performance. This is an active, field-based role—not a desk job. You will be on the front lines driving business development, networking with executive decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
