You will balance outbound client acquisition with candidate headhunting, delivery, and account management, contributing to rapid brand growth and revenue in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B solutions selling with strong recruitment billing performance.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ability to build brand presence in a new market.
• Polished communicator with high emotional intelligence for direct client meetings and networking.
• Ability to balance outbound client acquisition with candidate sourcing, delivery and account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and client acquisition in Singapore.
• Network with executive decision-makers to generate new opportunities.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement and onboarding.
• Operate on a field-based model, engaging clients and candidates directly.
