Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on business development and client management. You will identify new hiring opportunities and partner closely with clients to build long-term candidate networks.

Key responsibilities include driving business development, conducting client meetings, managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing market insights such as salary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in agency recruitment, handling 360° / end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong interest and capability in business development and sales.
• Confident in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and converting new client opportunities.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and market conditions.
• Manage the end-to-end / 360° recruitment process from job briefing to placement.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Provide career guidance and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to clients.
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
