• Singaporeans preferred. Prior experience in recruitment is a bonus, but not required; comprehensive training provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with support of a research and admin team.
• Drive business development through lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and manage long-term client accounts, including periodic engagement visits.
• Achieve individual revenue goals and work towards structured promotion milestones.
• Stay connected with placed candidates to ensure long-term network.
