Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the day-to-day recruitment operations in Singapore. You will develop business, monitor client job orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high retention.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, advise clients and candidates, actively source new business, and service existing accounts to meet business needs.

• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates to achieve high retention
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process between clients and candidates, including providing professional advice to clients and candidates
• Source and secure new clients and/or job positions actively
• Service existing client accounts to meet their business and operational needs
• Engage in data mining and research to identify new leads and market trend
• Meet agreed KPI and sales targets

About the Role

Candidates can look forwarding to:

• 5-day work week from 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Good remuneration (commensurate with experience) and attractive commissions
