What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in building Antalpha’s talent engine across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S. This hybrid role supports sourcing, candidate coordination, and recruitment operations across both campus and experienced hiring.
1. Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for campus and experienced roles.
- Conduct initial outreach, interest alignment, and pre‑screening to assess suitability.
- Support targeted sourcing strategies for niche, urgent, or high‑priority roles.
2. Candidate Coordination
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and ensure smooth communication with hiring teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, next steps, and outcomes.
- Prepare interview materials, manage feedback collection, and ensure accurate tracking in the ATS.
- Maintain a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience end‑to‑end.
3. Recruitment Operations
- Assist with recruitment events including university talks, career fairs, workshops, and in‑office engagements.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support creation of hiring dashboards or reports.
- Support ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Help ensure consistency in workflows, documentation, and recruitment standards across regions.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools preferred.
