Job summary

What you’ll be doing on the job

• We are looking for a Recruiting Program Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team in managing and improving recruitment processes across the region.
• You will work closely with recruiting and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment processes are accurate, efficient, compliant, and provide a good candidate experience.

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Downtown

Respnsiblities

• Support day-to-day recruitment operations, including background checks, fair consideration, job posting reviews, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data across various systems and trackers, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports when required.
• Support recruitment process improvement projects with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Share findings and provide guidance or training to recruiting teams on process-related matters.
• Help ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations.
