Job summary

REALITY YOGA & PILATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive salesperson to develop relationships with customers and drive both sales and member retention at our yoga and Pilates centre in Singapore.

You will generate leads through events and roadshows, market our centre products, create customer appointments, and recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs, contributing to hitting sales targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and services objectives.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and provide good-after-sales customer services and members’ retention.
• Generating leads through roadshows / events / outdoor activities and turning them into actual sales figures to achieve targets for the club.
• Market our centre products, identify and create sales opportunities.
• Create appointments with customers and recommend suitable solutions according to their needs and requirements.
