The role involves building lasting relationships with members and prospects, delivering excellent after-sales support, and driving club revenue through targeted outreach. The successful candidate will generate leads at roadshows, events, and outdoor activities, converting interest into tangible sales and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and services objectives.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and provide good-after-sales customer services and members’ retention.
• Generating leads through roadshows / events / outdoor activities and turning them into actual sales figures to achieve targets for the club.
• Market our centre products, identify and create sales opportunities.
• Create appointments with customers and recommend suitable solutions according to their needs and requirements.
