- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Inclusive of 30-minute lunch break

Job Summary
The Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant will support the school's front-office operations by providing customer service to parents, students, staff and vendors, handling telephone and visitor enquiries, supporting pupils who are unwell or injured, and assisting with general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Answer telephone calls, manage visitors, take messages and respond to enquiries.
- Provide useful and accurate information in a dynamic, high-volume school environment.
- Handle enquiries and requests from parents, students, vendors and staff.
- Use the school's implemented IT systems for administrative purposes.
- Provide professional reception and customer service suitable for a primary school environment.
Student & Parent Support
- Call pupils who are absent and check with parents on their child's status every morning.
- Contact parents to convey messages during ad-hoc or special events.
- Provide first-level assistance to walk-in pupils.
- Assist pupils who are sick or injured and upscale cases to relevant office colleagues when required.
- Support situations involving unwell or injured pupils.
General Administrative Support
- Assist with canteen matters, utilities, Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) applications, arrears fees and bus bookings.
- Update the school activity notice board and ensure information is accurate.
- Maintain the forms cabinet and ensure forms are current and adequately replenished.
- Perform general typing duties.
- Assist with stores and supplies management during school holidays.
- Provide other general administrative support as assigned.
Qualifications
- Full GCE N Level, GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative.
- Reception/customer service experience, preferably in a school environment.
Experience
- Experience in reception duties and customer service is preferred.
- School environment experience will be an advantage.
- Able to handle varied enquiries and demands from students, parents, vendors and staff.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic and busy primary school environment.
