is seeking a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Technology Development Engineer to accelerate learning cycles by mastering defect detection equipment and data-driven problem solving. You will collaborate with process, data science, and yield teams to analyze tool and process data, write or modify recipes, monitor tool health, and mentor engineers while driving continuous improvement across the technology development and high-volume manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in NAND semiconductor manufacturing and RDA applications preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analytical skills to perform data analysis and identify process issues.
• Recipe management: write or modify equipment recipes to support RDA needs.
• Tool recovery: perform basic and advanced recoveries of down tools.
• Vendor collaboration and escalation for application issues.
• Data monitoring and analysis to improve performance and efficiency.
