Qualifications

• Interest in X-ray inspection technology, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, and proficiency in SEM imaging.
• Experience with RDA related inspection tools such as DF/BF/CIRCL/SEM/XRD/SAM.
• 3+ years of NAND semiconductor manufacturing in RDA applications is preferred.
