Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking a MRDA Technician to support Metrology and RealTime Defects Analysis by performing measurements, monitoring process deviations, and assisting engineers with defect investigations in a fast-paced semiconductor fabrication environment.

You will operate inspection and metrology tools, collect data, perform basic troubleshooting, and support improvement projects while integrating AI-enabled insights to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Candidates with experience in semiconductor fabrication processes are preferred.

• Able to work on 12 hours shift (Morning/Night Shift).
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Metrology & Defect Detection Support: Perform measurement activities using established recipes to provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity.
• Operate inspection and metrology tools to support defect detection using the latest technologies.
• Collect and organize measurement and defect data for engineer review.
• Process & Equipment Monitoring: Conduct routine monitoring using SPC charts according to tool qualification criteria.
• Follow sampling methodologies to identify deviations and elevate abnormalities promptly.
• Support Engineers and Engineering Operations in tool maintenance schedules and basic troubleshooting.
• Execute first level equipment and system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
