Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a MRDA Technician to support Metrology and RealTime Defects Analysis in our Singapore fabrication facility.

You will perform measurement activities, monitor process deviations, and assist engineers with defect investigations to ensure timely detection of issues impacting product quality. The role focuses on hands‑on tool operation, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and supporting improvement projects within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Candidates with experience in semiconductor fabrication processes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Metrology & Defect Detection Support: perform measurements using recipes for quick feedback on product integrity.
• Operate inspection and metrology tools to support defect detection with latest technologies.
• Collect and organize measurement and defect data for engineer review.
• Conduct routine process monitoring using SPC charts and follow sampling methodologies.
• Assist engineers with data gathering and defect source investigations.
