Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform measurement activities using established recipes for rapid feedback on product integrity.
• Operate inspection and metrology tools to support defect detection with latest technologies.
• Collect and organize measurement and defect data for engineer review.
• Conduct routine SPC monitoring and follow sampling methodologies to identify deviations.
