Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a data analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will develop dashboards and scorecards for senior leadership and collaborate with BI suppliers to ensure reliable reporting.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, 2+ years in data analysis, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. This Singapore-based role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in data analysis or related field.
• Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and data tools.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and produce analytical and informative reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis, spotting data trends, performing gap analysis, generating reports, and recommending improvements to current business metric collection process.
• Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI/SLA's in the business.
• Maintaining the daily relationship with the business intelligence supplier.
• Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum.
• Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation.
• Responsible for designing key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit.
• Any other duties assigned to you by management to support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
