Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a data-focused professional to translate business use cases into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights. You will prepare data, build models, and design dashboards that drive decision making.

You will work with Python/R, clean data, explore datasets, develop visualisations, and manage agile projects with stakeholders to ship solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Translating business use cases into analytical problems.
• Proficient in writing Python/R for data prep and analysis.
• Experience cleaning and imputing anomalies to ensure high-quality datasets.

Responsibilities

• Use Python/R or other tools to generate monthly draft billing statements based on inputs and rules.
• Process inputs and business rules and visualise monthly contact center reports in PowerBI for vendor performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to sharpen business use cases and translate them into data science projects.
• Perform data cleaning, pre-processing, feature engineering, and build data science models.
• Identify data quality issues and propose changes to reduce occurrences.
• Present findings with clear narrative and visuals to influence decision makers.
• Design dashboards and interactive visuals for data exploration and storytelling when applicable.
• Communicate analysis results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience in model deployment and agile project management.
