Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a data analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to design dashboards and reports that drive digital strategy. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, has 2+ years in data analytics, and is proficient with Excel and Power BI, Google Analytics, and UX analytics tools such as Mouseflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in data analytics.
Strong knowledge of data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and UX-UI tools.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data collection methodologies with data quality checks.
Conduct data analysis to extract insights and identify trends.
Develop and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
Translate analytical requirements into actionable recommendations with internal/external partners.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance strategic insights.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams on digital marketing plans and reporting.
Manage relationships with agencies to ensure timely data reports and insights.
