SPX Express is seeking data-driven individuals to draw insights on delivery performance, optimise network planning, and address scaling pain points. You will work with large datasets using SQL and Python to drive measurable improvements and collaborate with regional teams.

The role involves geospatial analysis to optimise first/last mile speed and cost, plus coordinating UAT, training, and rollout impact while communicating findings to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python is a plus.
• Interest to build capabilities in strategy, operations, and data analytics in e-commerce.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment to achieve goals.
• Ability to break down complex problems and draw insights from data.

Responsabilidades

• Work with large datasets to identify issues and drive measurable improvements.
• Conduct geospatial analyses to evaluate network structures and speed/cost.
• Collaborate with local market counterparts to understand business problems.
• Drive adoption of SOPs and best practices across the SPXX region.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT, training materials, and track impact after rollout.
