• Oversee management reporting across business entities.
• Consolidate and analyse key financial and operational data for HQ.
• Real Estate Funds level.
• Prepare clear, structured management reports translating financial performance into insights.
• In-depth analysis of financial performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate data for decision-making.
• Support governance activities including board papers and presentations.
• Streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
