PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a diversified real estate portfolio in Singapore.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with external asset managers, and contribute to investment strategy in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The role requires at least three years of experience in real estate finance, strong modelling skills in Excel, and excellent communication to liaise with lawyers, tax advisors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in real estate portfolio management or related financial sectors.
Strong understanding of real estate financial modelling (Excel).
Real estate investment management skills.
Capital markets and treasury knowledge.
Analytical and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

Monitor and strengthen performance of the portfolio, with regular review against underwriting and budget.
Engage with third-party asset managers for optimal outcomes.
Monitor markets to identify industry trends and support investment strategy.
Coordinate discussions with lawyers, tax advisors, and real estate agents for ad-hoc issues.
Manage documentation across multi-national regions.
Collaborate with local staff including middle/back office and investment team.
Coordinate with Headquarters’ relevant departments.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
