Job summary

M&G in Singapore seeks a motivated Fund/Portfolio Reporting Analyst to support the Fund Manager and Portfolio Manager across a global real estate mandate. You will help prepare monthly and quarterly reports, manage data, and support investment transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in Real Estate or Finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Finance is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions, fund management, or portfolio reporting advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and reliably.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio database and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor fund performance and support hold/sell decisions.
• Assist in reporting for direct and indirect real estate investments, extracting KPIs.
• Monitor ESG metrics and report progress against objectives.
