Job summary

Vistra Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting (Real Estate) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on delivering high-quality fund accounting and client service for real estate portfolios.

You will lead client discussions, review financial statements, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate NAVs, capital calls, distributions, and INREV reporting, leveraging Yardi and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent CPA/ACCA/ACA
• 5–6+ years accounting/auditing experience with 3+ years in real estate fund industry
• Knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP
• INREV reporting knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client service contact for the assigned portfolio and respond promptly to client requests.
• Lead discussions with clients on operational matters and critical issues.
• Review financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages.
• Draft IFRS/US GAAP disclosure wordings and INREV reporting.
• Review Capital Account Statements and NAVs and ensure accuracy.
