Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented compliance professional to support day‑to‑day tasks, including KYC/CDD, counterparty onboarding, and maintenance of regulatory records in a fast‑paced environment.

You will assist with regulatory filings, audits and internal controls, support daily trading operations with trade checks and reconciliations, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related discipline.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent academic record with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Internship or experience in compliance, trading operations, or financial markets is advantageous.
• Proficient with Excel; familiarity with automation tools is beneficial.
• High attention to detail and good judgement to address issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance tasks including KYC/CDD and onboarding.
• Assist with regulatory filings, audits, and internal controls.
• Support daily trading operations, including trade checks and reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with teams and providers.
• Contribute to office administration and process improvements as needed.
