is hiring a hands-on Compliance Officer in Singapore to monitor and ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and industry guidelines; you will conduct KYC, AML, and due diligence checks. The role will maintain compliant documentation, support internal audits and regulatory inspections, and provide guidance to staff on compliance matters, with a 9am–6pm schedule, Monday to Friday, at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of compliance officer experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.
• Experience with KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Comfortable with a hands-on, foundational compliance role rather than a senior management-level position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct KYC, AML, and due diligence checks on clients.
• Review and maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Report and escal**ate** potential compliance breaches to management.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.
