Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Risk and Compliance department in Singapore. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence, and reviewing marketing materials to align with FA Act, PDPA and MAS guidelines.

The candidate should have a Diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years of FA/insurance compliance experience and strong investigative and analytical skills to stay abreast of regulatory developments and assist implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 2–5 years’ compliance experience in FA/insurance.
• Knowledge of FA Act, PDPA; MAS notices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including audits, reporting, complaints handling, investigations.
• Process recruitment and cessation of financial adviser representatives.
• Review and approve marketing materials.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing partner checks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
