Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our Singapore team in Jurong East. You will ensure adherence to Singapore regulations, perform KYC, AML/CFT checks, sanctions screening, and maintain accurate compliance records.

This full-time role follows a five-day week (9:00–18:00) with a salary of S$3,000–S$3,500 plus bonus and nominee director incentives, and an emphasis on policy development, training, and regulatory liaison.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Compliance or related discipline.
• 3 years of compliance experience in corporate services, professional services, financial services, or regulatory environment.
• Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements including KYC, AML/CFT, and corporate compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.
• Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, report, and elevate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.
