Responsibilities

• Gather housing requirements and respond to enquiries on accommodation options.
• Recommend suitable condominiums and serviced apartments based on client needs.
• Coordinate and accompany clients for property viewings with interpretation support when required.
• Support rental negotiations and tenancy agreement procedures with relevant parties.
• Prepare and manage service agreements with corporate clients and support contract execution.
• Assist with move-in inspections, tenancy support, and maintenance coordination.
• Provide move-out support, including handover coordination.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Customer Support Executive (Japanese-Speaking) | Real Estate Services

Our client, a Japanese real estate services company, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to support Japanese-speaking clients relocating or residing in Singapore. Working closely with a licensed property agent, you will assist clients throughout the full rental process, from understanding housing requirements and arranging viewings to tenancy administration and post-move support. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive housing experience for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand clients' housing requirements and respond to enquiries regarding accommodation options.
• Recommend suitable condominiums and serviced apartments based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Coordinate and accompany clients for property viewings, providing interpretation support when required.
• Support rental negotiations and tenancy agreement procedures with relevant parties.
• Prepare and manage service agreements with corporate clients and support contract execution.
• Assist with move-in inspections, ongoing tenancy support, and coordination of maintenance or facility-related issues.
• Provide move-out support, including coordination and attendance during handover procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

Good to Have

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, client relations, or customer support functions.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for communication with Chinese speaking additional stakeholders where required.
• Knowledge of Singapore's residential rental market, education environment, or relocation support services.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and willingness to drive for business purposes if required.
