HAOHAOGUO REALTY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking passionate Real Estate Agents to help clients locate residential, commercial, or investment properties. You will build a strong client portfolio, work with company-generated leads, and have access to high-end expatriate and corporate client groups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field.
• Valid CEA registration/licence as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) is preferred/required for regulated estate agency work in Singapore.
• Candidates pursuing or eligible to pursue real estate qualifications may be considered, subject to CEA rules.
• Strong interest in the Singapore property market and a real desire to build a real estate career.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
• Adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying residential, commercial and investment properties based on requirements and budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Source and promote property listings through various platforms and channels.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and company leads.
• Act as intermediary to facilitate property transactions between owners, landlords, buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate and coordinate offers, tenancy agreements, sales documents and other transactions.
• Coordinate transaction and closing processes to ensure compliance and timely completion.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Stay up-to-date with Singapore's property market regulations and industry developments.
• Maintain regular client contact to develop long-term relationships and future opportunities.
• Ensure all transactions comply with laws, regulations and CEA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Valid CEA registration/licence as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) is preferred/required for candidates intending to conduct regulated estate agency work in Singapore.
