Qualifications

• Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of airport ramp operations experience, including 5+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in 24/7 operations, outdoor airside work, and major disruption responses.
• Strong leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance background.
• Ability to lead a large multicultural workforce and manage IRROPS situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ramp operations to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused aircraft turnarounds.
• Drive operational excellence, resource optimization and service delivery to meet SLAs.
• Lead safety, security, compliance and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Develop, coach and engage a high-performing ramp team across diverse backgrounds.
• Manage GSE, facilities and capacity planning aligned with business needs.
• Represent ramp services to airline customers, regulators and stakeholders.
• Drive transformation, digitalisation, and data-driven continuous improvements.
